Equipment Supporting Consumables and Accessories

1. Buffering Bubble Pad Film

● The width of the matching buffering bubble pad film (uninflated) is available in three types: 40cm, 60cm, and 80cm. The length of the tear line is 30cm (uninflated), the film thickness is 35um, and each roll is 600M in length.

● The bubble pad has good buffering capacity and can protect most items from collision;

● The unique film formula and process give it good air tightness. Even if the air bag is stored for half a year, its volume can still maintain more than 80%.

● When the customer's demand reaches a certain minimum order quantity, your company logo can be printed on the bubble pad for corporate identification and to enhance the corporate image.

2. Auxiliary Equipment

The bubble machine winding device CR05 is used with the Airtube Ⅱ bubble machine DT09 to wind the inflated air cushion film into rolls, which is easy to store and use, effectively providing packaging supply.

3. Conveying System (Bagcourier)

The conveying system is movable and can be adjusted at any time to support other work lines

The Epai® Airtube bubble machine can also be used with the air bag conveying system (Bag Courier), which can continuously produce a large number of inflatable bag materials and distribute them to several packaging stations. The combined use of these two sets of equipment can efficiently produce a large number of packaging materials for use in several packaging stations and has been widely used in logistics packaging and distribution operations.

Our packaging technical team can provide on-site evaluation and planning, measurement and design, as well as installation and adjustment, helping customers design optimized packaging line configurations and providing a complete set of solution services.

The air bag conveying system (Bag Courier) includes a transportation channel and a silo at the end of the channel. When connected to the Epai® Airtube bubble machine, it can continuously produce buffering bubble pad materials and transport them to the silo at the end, with many advantages including:

1. The packaging materials are transported to the silo above the packaging station through the upward transportation pipeline, which can save valuable ground space and eliminate ground clutter.

2. One inflatable packaging system can support multiple packaging stations through Bag Courier, effectively reducing the customer's equipment investment cost.

3. The entire conveying system is movable and can be adjusted at any time to support other bottleneck stations.
