In addition to supporting the involvement of local community activities and charitable projects, the company policy also encourages companies to provide support in the event of natural disasters and humanitarian catastrophe, which is a short-term activity, typically to provide financial resources or supported stuffs. By funding the "matching" principle, that the company donated donates with the same amount of employee contributions, to encourage and support employee-led initiatives.

Our goal is to reduce the working accidents to zero, and the ratio of sick leave less than 2.5%. Our goal also include that all employees have to work in safety and health management system environment. The product-related factories must be certified in accordance with relevant international occupational health and safety standard OHSAS 18001. All employees should be treated with of training of "Code of Business Conduct". Managers must conduct in-depth and dilemma discussions. Before signing the "Business Conduct Guidelines" compliance statement, all managers must carry on a corruption e-learning courses developed by the United Nations Global Compact.
